Lost Child Safety Wristbands

Helping Families Stay Together

As part of our commitment to event safety, Australian Security Services provides complimentary Lost Child Safety Wristbands at selected events.

Each wristband includes space to write a parent or guardian's mobile number and a QR code linking to this page.

Before You Enter the Event

Take a moment to prepare your child in case you become separated.

We recommend:

  • Write a parent or guardian's mobile number on the wristband using a permanent marker.

  • Show your child what a Security Officer looks like.

  • Agree on a meeting place before exploring the event.

A good meeting place is:

  • The Event Information Desk

  • The Main Entry or Exit

  • A Security Officer positioned at an entrance or key location

Knowing where to go can help reunite families more quickly.

If You Become Separated

If you cannot find your child:

  1. Stay calm.

  2. Notify the nearest Security Officer immediately.

  3. Tell us where your child was last seen and provide a description of what they are wearing.

  4. Our team will begin our Lost Child Procedure straight away.

Please remain at the location advised by our staff while we coordinate the search.

If You Find a Lost Child

Please stay with the child and notify the nearest Security Officer immediately, or escort them to the Event Information Desk.

Do not leave the child unattended.

Our Commitment

Our trained security team follows established Lost Child Procedures designed to reunite children with their families as quickly and safely as possible.

Your family's safety is our priority.
