Health and Safety at Events

Health and safety is a core part of how we support safe, well run events. Our security officers are trained to manage a wide range of situations in live event environments, helping maintain safety, compliance and smooth operations across venues, exhibitions and public events.

We understand that at events, safety needs to be visible, calm and well coordinated. Our officers work closely with event organisers and venue teams to support a positive experience for attendees, exhibitors and staff.

Training That Supports Live Event Environments

Our training program is comprehensive and ongoing, ensuring officers are prepared to respond confidently and professionally on site. All officers receive training in:

  • First Aid Level 2

  • Fire awareness and evacuation procedures

  • Effective communication skills

  • Observation and incident reporting

  • Professional presentation and conduct

  • Written reporting, including daily and weekly reports

  • Customer service and public interaction

  • Occupational health and safety practices

This training ensures our team can respond appropriately to medical incidents, crowd issues or safety concerns as they arise.

A Calm, Preventative Approach to Event Safety

We believe the primary role of event security is one of presence, awareness and observation, supported by the ability to respond calmly and effectively when required.

By identifying potential issues early and communicating clearly with organisers and venue staff, we help prevent incidents before they escalate, supporting a safe, organised and enjoyable event environment for everyone on site.
